Pact to Allow Direct Flights to U.S. Signed

A new agreement that will allow for direct flights between Kenya and the US has been signed. Prime Minister Raila Odinga said the US-Kenya Open Skies agreement signed on Wednesday will greatly benefit the country's tourism, horticulture and business sectors. The PM witnessed as the pact was formally signed by Transport minister Chirau Mwakwere and US Transportation Secretary Mary Peters.
